Review on Bai Po Massage Bangkok and How to Get There
I used to be someone who oppose the idea of going into
massage place when on vacation. Why? Because in my head I thought, why waste
time to ‘rest’ when you can just do other activities and explore more about the
area. But on my last holiday, I decided to give Bai Po, a massage parlor in
Bangkok a try.

Location:
This place was below Bangkok Inn hotel. Located very close to
Nana BTS, Bai Po wasn’t a typical high-end massage parlor. In fact, this was more
of a budget massage parlor. But don’t let the negative stigma about budget massage parlor fool you, because
I just had an amazing massage experience in here.
How to get there:
Hop on into BTS and get off at Nana BTS Station. From there,
google Bai Po on google maps, or ask a local about it. Or if they don’t know,
ask them where the Bangkok Inn hotel is. It’s across the Dosa King Indian Vegetarian
Restaurant. Because it’s very close from Nana BTS Station, from there by foot, it’ll only take
you for about 3 minutes.
Price:
Everything was very affordable in here.

My Experience:
I love this place! When I first arrived, a guy opened the
door for me. After giving the smile to the front office lady I chose to get the
2 hours Thai Massage. But of course, being indecisive, after 2 minutes waiting
and the front office lady had done writing something, I changed to only get the
1 hour Thai Massage. Answering with a smile, she patiently changed everything
she’s written –I assumed-. I know, I was bad for being inconsistent.
Not long after that, a lady who’s going to massage me came
and escorted me to the massage room. That lady was very nice and gentle. In the
lift, she talked something to me which then I replied “huh? Not Thailand (which
means, I’m not Thailand, I don’t understand what you’re saying lol)” while making
a cross sign with my hand. Looking confused, she pointed her face and my face and
said “look Thailand.” Which I assumed that she was saying I have a face that looked
similar to Thailand’s people.
Anyway, I fancy her because she knew what she was doing and
always brightly smiling. She was so nice then, because I was given a permission
to use the bathroom before the massage session started. More importantly, no
chit-chat was involved while she was massaging me. Appreciated it! The only
communication we had while she massaged me was just "ok?" "ok^^."
I did try to sleep, but because my body was so sore, the massage felt very painful
that I just couldn’t make myself fall to sleep.
The room in Bai Po was dark and perfect for a quiet massage.
My room itself, consisted of 1 bathroom and 3 beds which were separated with
dark curtains.
When being massaged, I wasn't nude. Bai Po lent me clean baggy clothes to wear. No oil was used as well. But even with only that, the massage felt really satisfying.

All was perfect until a foreigner guy beside me decided to
be annoying. Towards the end of my massage session he was legit screaming,
moaning, groaning, and whatever you called noisy sound that came from one's
mouth. It was very noisy and ruining my peaceful moment to be honest. I know it
wasn't Bai Po's fault at all but still, I'd like to point out what happened
during my visit there.
After she finished massaging me, she gave me wet tissue and
sugarless hot tea. Nice.
So will I come back here next time? Absolutely!
